The dispatch timeline provided for pre-orders is always an approximate timeframe based on the latest updates shared by distributors. Dispatches may happen earlier or later depending on shipping, customs, logistics, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Please understand that we rely solely on official distributor updates and are not personally responsible for delays or situations where products are unable to arrive in India despite prior confirmations.
In the rare event that we receive an official update confirming that a product will not be arriving, we will personally contact all affected customers and provide the following options:
