For orders below ₹1499, a nominal shipping fee of ₹100 will be applicable at checkout.

All confirmed orders are carefully packed and prepared for dispatch within 24–48 business hours.

Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days depending on the delivery location and courier partner serviceability.

⚠️ Dispatch Delays: While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, delays caused by public holidays, weather conditions, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur and are beyond our control.

4 Non-Delivery & Return-to-Origin (RTO) Policy

If a customer refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address, or is unavailable to receive the shipment resulting in the package being returned to us (RTO), the order will not be cancelled automatically.

📦 Re-Shipping Charges Apply

To have the order shipped again, the customer will be required to pay the full reshipping charges, which will be calculated based on the package weight and destination.

No exceptions will be made under this policy.


5 Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the package and products.

Our team will investigate and provide appropriate assistance promptly.

📸 Please ensure photographs clearly show the outer packaging, inner packing material, and the products received. Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be entertained.
